I guess it's been a while since I read LotR, but I con't remember who the heck these guys are. Apparently I'm one of them though.

If I remember correctly, Numenorians are the Race of Kings. Aragon was a Numenorian. If you remember the seal of Gondor, it had the white tree and seven stars above it.
